The founder of Kica, a sportswear brand from the house of Nykaa, understands the power of movement. Not just in fitness, but in building confidence and community.
She brings an instinct for how storytelling and culture, influence how people think, act, and show up. WFL is built on that same energy. Through sport that builds confidence, connection, and real growth.
SHAYONI NAIR
A builder at heart, Shayoni brings over a decade of experience growing ideas into something real. The founder of Net Gala, a platform making recreational sport more accessible, she has always believed in the transformational power of sport.
At WFL, she aims to bring all of it together. The love of the game. The drive to build. And the conviction that every woman deserves to feel what sport can do for them.
